Jemez Mountains Ride 2025
Meet at Walatowa Gas Station/ Vistor's Center. Hwy 4, just north of Jemez Pueblo. Gas up there. Use Restroom there. Also, Walatowa Visitor's Center has Restroom, BUT you must buy something to use it.
Meet at 9:00 am . Leave about 9:30 AM
Go Topless, or not ! Just join in on the Fun. Day ride in the Jemez Mts on MVUM roads.. Focus is on Jeeps, nationally , but we are All Brands, so open to All.
Gotta a sun roof?, open it up. Roll down your windows, etc. Or run that AC and enjoy the ride!
We will "parade" through Jemez Springs, NM on our way to our air down spot and the off road sections.
San Juan Mesa/Cat Mesa area. Not hard, rough 4 wheel drive roads. Great views.
Recovery points front and back, low range, good off road tires, air up pump, GMRS, No radio yet? Just fall into the middle of the group of rigs. Dress for weather, water and food for the day. We will stop to air down and air up, restroom breaks, great views, Doggie breaks, and lunch, bring a chair,
Back to pavement around 4 pm or so........
Optional, eating dinner in Jemez Springs on the way back home. Los Ojos or Jemez MT Brewhouse.
